cure.
1. Cleanse and
Tone
It's basic but it works,
every morning and night to remove all impurities and
traces of make-up. Cleanse thoroughly but don't use
a harsh cleanser that will dehydrate and strip the
skin of it natural protection. This will cause the
skin to panic and replace it's natural protection the
"acid mantle" to fast, creating a shine on the skin.
Toning guarantees a good job and will
remove impurities from the water. This step is very
important. We don't want to lock in impurities.
2.
Treat
I recommend using
a treatment serum under your day/night cream.
Why? One product can not do everything: penetrate to treat
deep and stay on top to protect. A cream alone just
can not achieve this result. A treatment serum will
treat without leaving your skin feeling heavy. Your
skin needs more nutrition, that a cream alone will not
give. Your skin is left with a heavy feeling and a
shin. Stop looking for that perfect cream (that does not
exist).

Dehydrated skin produces more oil giving you a unwanted
shine.. Your skin needs moisture to stay balanced.

prolong the aging effects of time.

What to Avoid.
1. Mineral oil in its curd form is Vaseline. It
doesn't wash off. When mineral oil is used on the skin it creates a
film. This film does not allow oxygen in, oils out and dead skin to
fall off leaving your skin shiny, dull, dry and flaky. It can take
up to 30 days before all traces are gone from the skin once you stop
use a product with mineral oil in it.
2. Alcohol strips the skin's natural protection (the
acid mantle). The skin goes into shock and reproduces it's acid
mantle too fast. The result dehydrated, oily or shiny skin. Usually
the problem you are trying to correct. Once you stop using a alcohol
based toner it can take up to 6 months for your skin to slow down
the increased oil production. Good skin is
easy and quick when you use good products. A professional
product, is one only available through a aesthetician. These
products are very active. A aesthetician has received
extensive and complete training. The company making the

ingredients. They are able to because the
